Machining services
Rextek CNC is an engineering machine shop offering expertise in RND and mass production. We manufacture automotive, medical and general machine component's as well as structural and architectural parts. We also assemble and sub assemble manufactured component's as per customers requirement's.

We cater for EDM, laser/water-jet cutting, grinding, heat treating, brazing, plating, anodising, powder coating and painting using in-house procedures and partners.

RND
Rextek machine small batch runs and one off component's for some of our customers that are heavily invested in research and development. We can offer our engineering experience when required, to work with your engineers and help reduce the costs of manufacturing and or improving intended functionality of your new product.
MASS PRODUCTION
Rextek is built on decades of manufacturing knowledge. Starting with mass production of engine blocks and cylinder heads from castings for a leading supplier of diesel generators, as well as automotive component's for busses and fire engines. Experience of tooling and machining processes for mass production is in our blood.
SUB-CONTRACT
Are you a machine shop lacking machine or staff capacity? Rextek can manufacture your parts to required specification or offer a programming and tooling service depending on your requirements. Using the latest CAD-CAM software with an expert applications engineer utilising a wide range of post processors and catering to 3, 4 or 5 axis machines.
